Terms
How requests, prices and approvals work here. Written for the family and their guests. Last changed 22 September 2026.
What this tool does
It shows the family fleet, prices a trip or a stay, and carries a request to the admin who decides. It is not a public booking service and it sells nothing to anyone.
Prices are estimates
A quote is built from the planned route, the aircraft and the airport charges known on the day. Flying time is what it turns out to be, so the figure is reconciled against actual flying time and settled charges after the trip. House rates are firm for the nights quoted once a stay is approved.
A request holds the dates for 72 hours
Sending a request takes the dates off the calendar while the admin looks at it. After 72 hours with no decision the hold lapses, the dates go back, and you are told. You are welcome to ask again.
What an approval is
An approval means the family has agreed to the trip and the aircraft is being held for it. It is not a contract of carriage. The flight itself is flown under the operator's own conditions of carriage, and those conditions govern the carriage, the baggage and the liability. The commander decides whether a flight goes, and weather, maintenance, crew duty limits and airspace can move or stop it.
Passenger details
The manifest needs every passenger's full name, nationality and date of birth, matching the document each passenger will travel on. A flight cannot be approved without them, and a wrong detail can stop a departure.
Changes and cancellation
Cancel by asking, from your bookings page or by email, as early as you can. Positioning, catering and airport charges already committed still have to be paid, and the operator's cancellation terms apply to a flight.
