Privacy notice
This is a private booking tool for one family and the crews who fly and keep the fleet. It holds what a booking needs and nothing beyond it. Last changed 22 September 2026.
What is collected
Your name, email address and phone number when you sign in or send a request. The dates, the house or the aircraft, the route and the note you write with it.
For a flight, the full name, nationality and date of birth of every passenger. Aviation rules make the operator carry a manifest, and those three fields are what it has to show.
If you turn on notifications, the browser subscription that lets a message reach your device. It holds no name and no address, and it stops working the moment you turn notifications off.
Why it is held
To price and hold the dates you asked for, to put the crew manifest together, and to tell you when a request is approved, declined or about to lapse. Nothing here is used for advertising, and none of it is sold.
Who sees it
The family admin who decides on requests. The operator and the crew flying you, who receive the manifest and the schedule. The house manager for a house stay. Email and push delivery run through the services that send them, and they see what any postal service sees: the address and the message.
How long it is kept
Bookings and their manifests stay for five years, because aviation records have to. Sign-in links die after 15 minutes or at first use, whichever comes first. A signed-in session lasts 30 days and then asks you again. Ask and a booking that is finished and outside the five years is deleted.
Prices
Every figure you see before a flight is an estimate. Flying time, fuel and airport charges settle after the trip, and the final invoice is reconciled to what was actually flown.
Dates you request
A request holds the dates for 72 hours while the admin decides. If nobody decides in that time the hold lapses on its own and the dates go back on the calendar.
Asking about your details
